 To think that these people were boozing it up in the garden, and the PM was there and didn't do anything about it makes my blood boil. And my situation wasn't as bad as not being able to say goodbye to a dying loved one. This man needs to resign. she’s describing the rules in hospital for women in labour at the time. Many women had to spend most of their labour (which can take days) without their partner. Not to mention having to go to scans alone, with some women finding out their baby had died and no one there to comfort them. It’s not media or government scaremongering.
