 At this moment the drivers are supported. Unfortunately, people are tired and nervous. They want to get home. And just to see how painful the situation is, a Portuguese driver was crying because he has nothing left. So sad for the poor lorry drivers, stuck at Manston and Dover, unable to get home to spend Christmas with their families. We owe them a lot, bringing goods into our country. The home you are soon back home. Safe journey. Spending ALL OF Christmas in their lorries' cabs, no sanitary arrangements onboard, depending on the kindness of others for food, not knowing if your test will be negative, and not knowing when you can get home. They really are living a nightmare! Thinking of them all & hoping it's soon resolved & they can all have extra time with their families-, that's every least they deserve!
