If you know what happend and that nothing was done about that and you're petfectly content with that - that's when you should start to feel personally guilty. Billy Norman past has gone? Homophobia, racism and sexism are still there and unless we recognise that the past wrongdoing is not some separated accident but an ongoing issue we will have the history repeat itself, as it already did before (and with those issueas as well).
